Many years ago I used to be connected to my higher self, my inner voice, my inner wisdom, what ever you want to call it I was connected. Then, for various reasons, I chose to disconnect. That wasn't the best idea and now I am working at reconnecting. Join me as I work through the blockages, sabotages and shadow aspects that have been stopping me from connecting to that pure life force energy.
